Article 5 (Cookies and Similar Technologies)
1. The Site uses cookies and similar device information to maintain login sessions, provide security, remember language settings, display pages and provide necessary functions.
2. Cookies can be disabled in the browser, but login and some other functions may no longer work.

Article 6 (Public Information)
Depending on a Member's settings and the nature of a function, display names, profile images, biographies, ranks, comments and similar information may be visible to other users or the public. Members should review their settings and must not post personal information they do not wish to disclose.
Article 7 (Processors and Service Providers)
To the extent necessary for the purposes above, the Operator uses or entrusts information to the following categories of providers.
Supabase for authentication, databases and file storage
Stripe for product and membership payments, recurring billing and fraud prevention
Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) for email delivery
YouTube and Spotify for displaying and playing video or music
Other providers needed for ticketing, delivery, maintenance or security
Payment card numbers are handled directly by the payment provider, and the Operator generally does not store complete card details. Providers are selected and supervised as required by applicable law.
Article 8 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Operator does not disclose personal data to a third party without consent except where:
required or permitted by law;
necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and consent is difficult to obtain;
particularly necessary for public health or the sound development of children and consent is difficult to obtain;
cooperation with legally prescribed government duties is necessary and obtaining consent may impede those duties;
information is transferred in connection with a business succession; or
the transfer is otherwise not treated as third-party provision or is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
Article 9 (Processing Outside Japan)
Use of external services may involve storage or processing on servers outside Japan. The Operator will, as required by applicable law, review relevant legal systems and safeguards and implement contractual or other necessary measures.
Article 10 (Security Measures)
The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures, including access controls, credential management, protected communications, log review, authorization management and supervision of providers, to prevent leakage, loss, damage or unauthorized access.
Article 11 (Retention and Account Deletion)
1. User information is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or for legal, accounting, transactional, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
2. Following account deletion, identifiable information is deleted or anonymized. Records subject to legal retention, transaction and agreement records, fraud-prevention records and backups may be kept for the necessary period.
3. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized by reasonable means.
Article 12 (Access, Correction and Suspension)
Subject to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable law, an individual may request notice of purpose, access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure or suspension of third-party provision concerning retained personal data. Identity verification may be required. If the Operator cannot fulfill a request under law, the reason will be explained.
Article 13 (Minors)
A minor who uses the Services and provides personal information should obtain consent from a parent or other legal representative where necessary. The Operator may verify consent or delete information when appropriate.
Article 14 (Changes to this Policy)
1. The Operator may revise this Policy following changes in law, the Services or data handling.
2. The revised content and effective date will be published on the Site. A change materially affecting user rights will be announced in advance by reasonable means, and consent will be requested where necessary.
