Terms of UseTERMS

Effective and last updated July 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the services provided on the Allegiance Reign Official Website by the operator of the website (the "Operator"). Please read these Terms before using the Services.

Established and effective: July 21, 2026

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Article 1 (Scope and Agreement)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the Operator and users concerning the Services.

2. By using the Services, a user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Where account registration or renewed agreement following an amendment is required, the user must complete the prescribed agreement process.

3. Individual conditions, notices, sales terms and other statements displayed within the Services form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the individual statement prevails.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The principal terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.

"Site" means the Allegiance Reign Official Website.

"Services" means the information, membership, reservation, attendance-record, paid-membership, content, shopping, posting, inquiry and other functions provided on the Site.

"Member" means a user who has registered an account in the prescribed manner.

"User Content" means profiles, comments, replies, reactions, survey responses and other information submitted by a user to the Services.

"Site Benefits" means points, koban and other in-site currencies, ranks, stamps, rewards, avatar items and similar benefits.

Article 3 (Member Registration)

1. An applicant must register true and accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.

2. The Operator may refuse or cancel registration where there is false information, a previous violation, impersonation or another reasonable operational concern.

3. Creating multiple accounts for improper purposes, or assigning or lending an account, is prohibited.

Article 4 (Use by Minors)

Before registering, purchasing a paid service or taking another action requiring consent, a minor must obtain consent from a parent or other legal representative. The Operator may request evidence of that consent when necessary.

Article 5 (Account Security)

1. Members must properly protect their email address, password and other credentials and must not allow a third party to use them.

2. A Member who becomes aware of disclosure or unauthorized use must promptly change the password and contact the Operator.

3. Actions completed with registered credentials will be treated as actions of that Member unless caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Service Features)

1. The Services may include public information, member profiles, event reservations and attendance records, paid-member content, purchases, Site Benefits, comments and other community functions, surveys, inquiries and notifications.

2. Availability, eligibility, conditions and service periods are governed by the relevant statements on the Site.

3. The Operator does not guarantee that every function will always be available or will work on every device or in every region.

Article 7 (Profiles and User Content)

1. Members must review visibility settings and must not include personal information they do not wish to disclose in public profiles or other publicly visible areas.

2. Rights in User Content remain with the Member or the lawful rights holder. The Member grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content only as necessary to provide, display, deliver, back up and maintain the Services and to address misuse or violations.

3. Members represent that they hold the necessary rights and that their User Content does not infringe copyright, portrait rights, privacy or any other third-party right.

4. The Operator may hide or remove, without prior notice, content that violates law or these Terms, harms others or is reasonably considered inappropriate for operation of the Services.

Article 8 (Event Reservations and Attendance Records)

1. Formation of a reservation, prices, payment, cancellation, changes and admission are governed by the relevant event statement and the rules of the organizer, venue or external ticket service.

2. If the Site links to an external reservation provider, that provider's terms and privacy policy apply to the reservation.

3. Attendance confirmation, check-in and stamp functions may be subject to identity, fraud-prevention or venue rules, and records may be corrected or invalidated where reasonably necessary.

Article 9 (Paid Membership and Paid Content)

1. The application screen will state the price, period, included services, renewal method, billing time and cancellation conditions for a paid membership plan.

2. A plan described as automatically renewing will renew at the displayed interval unless cancelled by the stated deadline. Cancellation generally takes effect from the next renewal.

3. Unless law or an individual statement requires otherwise, no prorated refund is provided for cancellation during a service period.

4. Payments are processed through Stripe or another displayed payment provider, whose terms also apply.

5. Copying, reposting, recording, redistributing, sharing accounts or otherwise using paid content beyond personal use is prohibited.

Article 10 (Products and Digital Goods)

1. Product name, price, shipping charge, payment method, delivery or availability, return conditions and other sales terms will be displayed on the product page, final confirmation screen and legally required commercial disclosure page.

2. A sales contract is formed when the Operator notifies the user that an order has been accepted or at another time stated in the applicable sales terms. The Operator may cancel an order for lack of stock, an obvious display or pricing error, fraud or similar reasonable grounds.

3. Cancellations, returns and exchanges follow applicable law and the displayed sales terms. Due to their nature, digital goods may not be returnable or cancellable after delivery begins.

Article 11 (Site Benefits)

1. The conditions, expiration and use of Site Benefits are governed by the statements on the Site.

2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Site Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, transferred to a third party or moved between Members.

3. Where a system error, erroneous grant, improper acquisition or violation is confirmed, the Operator may reasonably correct or revoke a balance, rank, record or reward.

4. Unused Site Benefits may expire when an account is closed or deleted or when their stated validity period ends.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property)

Rights in text, images, music, video, logos, designs, software and other content on the Site and Services belong to the Operator or lawful rights holders. Except as permitted by law, users may not reproduce, repost, modify, distribute, publicly transmit or sell such content without permission.

Article 13 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct.

Violating law, public order or these Terms

False registration, impersonation, account assignment or lending, or unauthorized access

Defamation, threats, discrimination, harassment, nuisance conduct or invasion of privacy

Infringing copyright, trademarks, portrait rights or other third-party rights

Disrupting the Services, imposing excessive load, or probing or exploiting vulnerabilities

Collecting information through bots, scraping or other automated means without permission

Improperly using reservations, check-ins, payments, Site Benefits or campaigns

Commercially exploiting, reselling or redistributing the Services or content without permission

Other conduct reasonably determined to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Services

Article 14 (Changes, Suspension and Discontinuation)

The Operator may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services for maintenance, failures, security, disasters, suspension of an external service, legal compliance or another necessary reason. Except in emergencies, the Operator will endeavor to give reasonable advance notice where the effect on users is material.

Article 15 (Restrictions and Account Closure)

1. The Operator may remove content, restrict functions, suspend use or delete an account where a user violates these Terms, misuse is suspected or action is necessary for safe operation.

2. A Member may request withdrawal or account deletion through the prescribed process. Outstanding payments, pending transactions and other obligations are not extinguished by withdrawal.

3. Information required for legal retention, fraud prevention, disputes or another legitimate purpose may be retained for the necessary period after withdrawal.

Article 16 (External Services)

The Services may integrate payment, authentication, data storage, email, embedded video or music, ticketing and other external services. Their own terms apply. Unless attributable to the Operator, the Operator is not responsible for an external service's suspension or changes or for transactions between a user and an external provider.

Article 17 (Disclaimers and Liability)

1. Except where expressly stated, the Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services or information, or that they are free from errors or harmful components.

2. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for damage not attributable to the Operator, unforeseeable special damage, or damage caused by a user's failure to manage data or credentials.

3. Any exclusion or limitation in these Terms does not apply to damage caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence or where exclusion is prohibited by the Consumer Contract Act or another applicable law.

Article 18 (User Responsibility)

A user who violates these Terms or, through a cause attributable to that user, harms the Operator or a third party is responsible for the resulting damage.

Article 19 (Privacy)

The Operator handles personal information and other user information in accordance with the separately published Privacy Policy.

Article 20 (Amendments)

1. The Operator may amend these Terms in accordance with the Civil Code and other applicable law when laws or the Services change or where operationally necessary.

2. The Operator will publish the amendment and its effective date on the Site or by another appropriate method.

3. For changes materially affecting user rights or obligations, the Operator will provide a reasonable notice period and request renewed agreement where necessary.

Article 21 (Notices and Inquiries)

1. The Operator may notify users by posting on the Site, sending email to a registered address or another appropriate method.

2. Inquiries about these Terms or the Services are accepted through the contact form.

Article 22 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.

2. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
